Baritone Evan Fleming is a New Jersey native and versatile stage performer engaging in opera, musical theatre, and contemporary music.

Mr. Fleming is a Resident Artist with Toledo Opera for their 2023/24 season. While there, Evan will perform in their mainstage productions as well as the Opera on Wheels tour.

In the 2022-2023 season, he created the role of Father in the world premiere opera OURLAND: A Dystopian State (Davies/Helfgot) with the San José Chamber Orchestra. In May, Evan joined the Opera Company of Middlebury as an Apprentice Artist. During his time in Vermont, Mr. Fleming performed micro-operas by Samuel Barber and Gian Carlo Menotti and sang in the chorus of Beethoven’s Fidelio.

Completing his New England Summer, Evan sang Barone Douphol in La traviata and appeared in several weekly concerts at Quisisana Resort in Maine.
